企 业 概 况

　　江西鄱湖都昌水产食品有限公司创建于二OO四年，位于九江水产大县—都昌县城芙蓉山工业园。依托全国第一大淡水湖—鄱阳湖的天然、优质、丰富的水产资源，总投资1800万元，选用最先进的设备，是九江市第一座现代化的淡水水产品出口深加工工厂。
　　本公司占地23700平方米。厂房建筑面积9500平方米，其中：衡温无菌车间2720平方米、试化验楼1栋、5吨低温冻结库4间、600吨低温冷藏库1座、每小时500kg宽网速冻设备1套以及可满足700名员工的生活设施。
　　现有员工200人，其中各类专业技术人员30余名，车间可容纳工人640名。主要产品：小龙虾、青虾、鱼片等三大系列。具有日处理龙虾30吨、青虾20吨或各种鱼类30吨的生产能力。
　　本公司采用远程视频监控、臭氧弥漫灭菌、衡温无菌加工、深度速冻保鲜、温控无纸记录等先进的新技术。全面贯彻食品企业良好操作规范（GMP）和卫生标准操作程序（SSOP），有效运行危害分析和关键控制点（HACCP）体系，产品质量达到欧盟注册和美国FDA标准。获得国家认证认可监督委员会颁发的《出口食品生产企业卫生注册证书》（注册编号：3600/02015）。
　　2006年6月27日，通过国家认证认可监督委员会异地评审组现场评审，已完成了对外注册工作。取得了欧盟、美国、韩国的注册认可。
　　本公司已经江西省对外经济合作贸易厅批准，完成对外贸易经营者备案登记（进出口企业代码3600763361728）；并获中华人民共和国海关进出口货物收发货人报关注册登记证书（编码：3604960118）以及出入境检验检疫备案号：3601600100，拥有进出口贸易经营权。
　　本公司年产值8000万元。主要销售市场为欧、美、日、韩及台湾等国家和地区。并为国内市场提供优质的鄱阳湖深加工水产品。
　　本公司是国家级扶贫开发龙头企业，是九江市农业产业化龙头企业。

                        General Situation of Enterprise
    Jangxi Pohu Duchang Aquatic Product &Foodstuff Co.,LTD was established in 2004. It is situated in the big fishery county—Furongshan Industrial Zone Duchang County. Relies on Poyang Lake---the largest fresh water lake of china and its natural high quality rich fishery resource. Total investments are 18 millions yuan(RMB).It owns the most advanced equipments in china. It is the first modern freshwater aquatic product deep processing export factory in Jiujang.
    Company owns area 23700 square metres. The area of plant building is about 9500 square metres, in which there is a area 2720 square metres constant temperature umbacterium workshop, a lab building, four IQF storages of 5 tons , a 600 tons cold storage, a equipment of 500kg ice quickly frozen per hour , and a installation of living which could be full of 700 staves.
    There are 200 staves , in which there are 30 technicians now in company. The workshop can accommodate 640 workers. Main products: fresh water crawfish series, fresh water shrimp series, fresh water channel catfish, etc. Company could process 30 tons crawfish , 20 tons fresh water shrimps or 30 tons catfish per day.
    Company adopted long—range video monitoring system, ozone fill the air to kill bacterium, constant temperature umbacterium processing, deep ice quickly frozen to kept fresh, temperature control and record without paper, and other advanced new technique, etc. To carry out effectively Good Manufacturing Practices(GMP), Sanitation Standard Operation Procedures(SSOP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point(HACCP) systems. Quality of products reached standard of Europe and U.S.A FDA. Company has gotten 《Export Enterprise of Foodstuff Sanitation Register Certificate》(Register Number:3600/02015)that be conferred by Certification and Accreditation Administration of Peoples Republic of China. And has gotten《CIQ HACCP VERIFICATION CERTIFICATE》(No:3600/2006007, No: 3600/2007002).
    Output of aquatic product foodstuff reaches 80 millions yuan(RMB)per year in company. Major export markets are Europe, U.S.A, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, etc. Company will supply high quality aquatic product & foodstuff of deep processing to the markets in china.
